Mario is a native of McAllen, TX and obtained his doctorate in physical therapy degree in 2015 from the University of Incarnate Word. Having worked in physical therapy since 2007, Mario has great experience treating headaches and neck pain, shoulder pain, low back and hip pain, and knee pain.

Mario has helped many individuals over the years, from teachers and healthcare workers to high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, and active military and veterans. In order to provide the best care, Mario frequently participates in continuing education and has certifications in sports manual therapy, dry needling, spinal manipulation, myofascial cupping, and running gait analysis.   

In his free time, Mario enjoys taking trips with his wife and two dogs. He also enjoys weightlifting and is an avid runner. Having trained and participated in several runs over the years including multiple half-marathons and a marathon, he understands running injuries and how to improve recovery and performance.
